Production Line

SND Foundry integrates sand casting, lost wax casting, lost foam casting, machining, heat treatment, surface treatment and assembly. It specializes in providing Manhole Cover, gully grate, pipe fittings, valve and precision castings of various materials such as cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, wear-resistant and heat-resistant steel, with an annual output 20,000 tons of castings.

A complete set of testing equipment such as Direct Reading Spectrometer, Metallographic Microscope, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Universal Material Testing Machine, Non destructive testing(NDT), and Three-dimensional Coordinate Measuring instrument can be used to effectively control chemical composition and ensure mechanical performance.
