The working principle of a pneumatic diaphragm-type stainless steel control valve is to regulate the flow rate of the medium in the pipeline by driving the valve disc displacement through the force balance of the pneumatic diaphragm actuator. The specific process is as follows:

When a control signal (pneumatic signal or electro-pneumatic converted pneumatic signal) is input to the air chamber of the pneumatic diaphragm actuator, a pressure difference is generated on both sides of the diaphragm, pushing the push rod to drive the valve stem and valve disc to move linearly along the valve seat axis.

Flow rate regulation: The flow area between the valve disc and the valve seat changes with the displacement of the valve disc, thereby achieving precise regulation of the medium flow rate.

Force balance control: The unbalanced force generated by the valve disc under the action of medium pressure is balanced with the output force of the pneumatic diaphragm actuator, ensuring that the valve disc remains stable at the specified opening degree, achieving stable flow control.
