Production Process:

 

Design and mold making:
Design the impeller model according to the requirements and manufacture the mold (sand mold or metal mold) required for casting.

Material preparation:
Select suitable casting materials (such as gray cast iron or ductile iron) and auxiliary materials (sand core, coating, etc.).

Molding and core making:
Use molding sand to make the casting mold and prepare the sand core for the molding of the internal flow channel of the impeller.

Smelting metal:
Melt the metal raw material and adjust the composition to ensure that the casting material meets the specified performance requirements.

Pouring and cooling:
Pour the molten metal into the mold, cool and solidify to form the impeller blank.

Sand removal and cleaning:
Remove the sand mold and sand core, and clean the impurities and flash on the surface of the casting.

Heat treatment:
Perform heat treatment such as annealing and quenching as needed to improve the performance of the casting.

Finishing:
Use CNC machining equipment to perform precision machining such as turning and milling on the casting, and perform dynamic balancing calibration.

Surface treatment:
Apply anti-corrosion coating, spray painting or polishing as needed.
